2 in-house interviews with various managers, I should have met the HR manager but they told me it was busy in a meeting. They told me they would have called back to meet her but didn't.InterviewGeneric questions (how yo(describe yourself, ecc.) and questions on how to drive traffic on Jobrapido, focus on inbound marketing, more than on the Advertising business (they have two different divisions).

In February 2022 we’ve launched the Corporate Welfare Plan that offers to every employee a collection of benefits characterized by favourable tax and contributions treatment.
According to the Plan each employee has a budget to use for daily expenses: from groceries to petrol, from the gym to medical examinations, from movie, theatre to education for their children.
In addition, they can choose to allocate the amount also to insurance or private pension funds.
Flexibility is the common drive to guide our Company’s life and the Corporate Welfare Plan well represents our approach.
