"I really love my team, like a lot! We’re a pretty unique bunch as we all work remote, but we manage to stay very connected. Our schedules are always packed, but the team doesn’t hesitate to drop whatever they are doing to help each other out. I feel very lucky to be part of such a supportive team that I continue to learn from every day." - Cristi Gonzalez, Director of Product Services, and Employee of the Quarter http://glassdoor.com/slink.htm?key=vQH9Q
We’re all about endless innovation in recruiting. Period.
Since 2006, Jobvite has set the bar in best-of-breed recruiting technology. We began by bringing the power of social media to employee referrals and job posting strategies. Then, as we saw the direction the global workforce was headed (think STEM jobs and Millennials), we moved forward with a plan to provide a more comprehensive, advanced, and positive experience for recruiters and jobseekers alike. Because here’s the thing: While both groups have different needs, they all crave the same advantages. Ease of use. Intuitive functionality. More mobility and convenience.
So that’s what we’re working on—and we’re proud to say we are leading the pack. Our award-winning SaaS solutions are in use by over 1000 customers around the world. We have no plans to slow down. And we hope you’ll join us.
We don’t make it complicated. If you work at Jobvite, you commit to getting things done. We’re small and we keep that startup feeling intact.
But you don’t just work at Jobvite. You play. You chill. You build. You chat. You eat. You have ideas—and you see them through. Working at Jobvite means being part of a family and part of a team, and all of the growth and discussion and progress that those things entail.
Wondering how we compare when it comes to perks? Here’s the rundown:

The Jobvite culture is about achieving balance for the sake of delivering results. In other words, we believe work matters—but we also believe that rest sparks creativity. When it counts, we throw ourselves full-force into the projects at hand. And when we need it, we take a breather and reflect on all we’ve accomplished. We work hard, play hard, and succeed big.

Advice to Management
Take over the market, the platform is fantastic.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Jobvite (San Mateo, CA).
I had a 30 min phone interview - I was then given a homework assignments to write up 5 out bounding emails and a script to a voicemail I would leave on sales call. I was told that we would "discuss" my assignment when I came in for my in person interview. During the in person interview - I interviewed with 5 people ranging from a person in the same position as me to the CEO. I was asked a long string of bizarre questions - for example: someone in the same position I was applying for asked "So... how will you be a friend to me if you take this position?" The role was for a Beginners Sales Rep, and in my phone interview I was told that I did not need sales experience because I would be trained on the job. Then I spent 3 hours in an interview where I was forced to prove my non existent sales experience. I was also put on the spot to act out a sales call while playing both ends of the phone call. After the long and awkward 3 hour interview process - I was told that I could leave. I followed up with a Thank You that afternoon and never heard a word from them again.
