A good first job that lets you experience customer service, team work, and effective communication. They definitely work around your schedule, especially if you're a college student. Mostly friendly staff members.
Being understaffed during busy hours. Favoritism can play a role. Drama and gossip can break a department.
Advice to Management
Please appreciate those who are working hard. Just because they're good workers, doesn't mean that you should put more weight on them to compensate from the bad workers.

Easy and simple interview. Sits you down in a dining area and asks you simple questions. Then if the interviewer likes your responses you'll take an integrity test and if you pass you then take a drug test.
