Smart, dedicated, ambitious and talented colleagues. Learning a lot about finance and healthcare. Lots of flexibility if need to work from home.
Not much on the job training, learn as you go. No HR intro, just kind of figure it out but maybe that’s normal at such a large company - there are resources to help available.
Advice to Management
So far very happy at the company. Hiring process was very lengthy on the HR side so I would suggest that HR set time line expectations and update the candidate while going through the process.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4+ months. I interviewed at Johnson & Johnson (New York, NY).
There was a phone screen by a recruiter followed by a phone call with the hiring manager. Afterwards, there were 2 onsite interview days spaced about 1 month apart. 2nd interview onsite required a presentation.
