A new vaccine for HIV. AI programs that discover life-saving drugs. Digital health tools to track symptoms and treatments. Creative approaches that make delivering care easier: it’s all happening at Johnson & Johnson.
And it’s happening because of people like you. At J&J, everyone’s ideas contribute to the conversations that lead to breakthroughs that are changing human health. There is power in the collective, and that power is amplified in an environment like ours, where no one is smarter than everyone and ideas matter more than titles. Our Credo—the guiding principles that have shaped Johnson & Johnson as a leading voice in healthcare—reminds us that each and every perspective is an important part of the process. How we do things is just as important as what we do.
And that changes everything.
I have been working at Johnson & Johnson full-time
Benefits, people, budgets, global, ethics
Passive aggressive culture, matrix organization
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4+ months. I interviewed at Johnson & Johnson (New York, NY).
There was a phone screen by a recruiter followed by a phone call with the hiring manager. Afterwards, there were 2 onsite interview days spaced about 1 month apart. 2nd interview onsite required a presentation.
