We Believe in Corporate Responsibility
Johnsonville is dedicated to building a self-sustaining, prosperous future for the families and children who make up our communities.
Strengthening our communities is an extension of our corporate mission, which requires each of us to fully develop our talents and potential and help others do the same. We proudly help the people in our communities reach their full potential through community giving programs.
• Through our Careville program, Johnsonville provides monetary and product donations to organizations where our Members volunteer their time.
• Through our annual membr-directed Community Giving Drive, Johnsonville Members nominate and select non-profit organizations in our communities to receive generous donations.
In addition, the company supports many other local and national programs, including the United Way, Juvenile Diabetes Research and the Boys & Girls Clubs of America.
We even offer paid Service Time Off for our Members to volunteer in the community.

Advice to Management
Keep Investing in the Members and Continue to Make this a Great Place to Work.
I applied online. I interviewed at Johnsonville (Holton, KS) in March 2014.
Several interview steps in the process. Started with a phone interview, then moved on to a panel interview. Finally finished up with a one on one interview. The process took over a month.
