Yes, we’re telling you exactly how to impress us when you interview at Johnsonville. We’re not keeping it a secret – because helping each other succeed is a big part of The Johnsonville Way. Consider this your first look at the way we support and encourage each other.
We Believe in Corporate Responsibility
Johnsonville is dedicated to building a self-sustaining, prosperous future for the families and children who make up our communities.
Strengthening our communities is an extension of our corporate mission, which requires each of us to fully develop our talents and potential and help others do the same. We proudly help the people in our communities reach their full potential through community giving programs.
• Through our Careville program, Johnsonville provides monetary and product donations to organizations where our Members volunteer their time.
• Through our annual membr-directed Community Giving Drive, Johnsonville Members nominate and select non-profit organizations in our communities to receive generous donations.
In addition, the company supports many other local and national programs, including the United Way, Juvenile Diabetes Research and the Boys & Girls Clubs of America.
We even offer paid Service Time Off for our Members to volunteer in the community.
Johnsonville is headquartered in Sheboygan County, Wisconsin – a great place to live, and named as one of the best places in America to raise a family. Communities here are attractive, prosperous and close-knit, offering a variety of cultural amenities.
In downtown Sheboygan you can explore one of the most walkable urban neighborhoods in the Midwest, in what’s been ranked as the seventh safest city in the nation. Sheboygan County offers many other recreational opportunities to enjoy whether you’re a bicyclist, boater or beachgoer. Sheboygan is golf heaven, home to five of the Top 100 Courses in the World.
Sheboygan has been named “the most equitable community in the United States” for having the smallest gap between rich and poor, and has been noted for high levels of citizen involvement in volunteerism and community initiatives.
