With more than 500 employees in 10 offices across Texas, we have organized our firm around 12 services that cater to both public and private sector clients. Jones|Carter’s services include, Construction Engineering & Inspection,  Electrical, Hydrology & Hydraulics,  Land Planning,  Program Management, Single Family Developements, Site Civil Services, Surveying, Traffic, Transportation, Wastewater Treatment, and Water Suppy and Treatment.

In direct response to client needs and a growing economy, we have offices located in Houston (headquarters 1976), Dallas (1996), Austin (2000), The Woodlands (2003), Bryan/College Station and Rosenberg (2007 through the acquisition of Pledger Kalkomey, Inc.), San Antonio (2007 through the merger with Brown Engineering Company), Katy (2014), and Fort Worth (2018), and Round Rock (2020).
