I have been working at Jones, Edmunds & Associates part-time (More than 10 years)
Interesting work, smart people, strong support with IT and document production resources. Pretty much everyone is kind and respectful. Upper management is willing to listen to you. Flexibility to continue your education while working. Work hours are flexible. No micromanagement, very individualized work environment. So much work, you can pretty much decide what you will do each day.
Production staff are either rushed or have little to do.
Advice to Management
Check what is already scheduled before signing contracts to deliver to the next client on an unreasonable schedule. Start implementing the advice of long tenured staff, they have great ideas.
I applied online. I interviewed at Jones, Edmunds & Associates (Tampa, FL) in January 2014.
Very reserved but professional communications, emails and phone calls for setting up the interview. Interviewed by office manager & client manager, both top-notch professional, no-nonsense guys. Loved open communication, shared views and great listening skills of interviewers. Firms seems to be a great place to grow technical skills. Liked the attention to detail in two way communication during the discussion. JEA is a small firm with a big impact in Florida.
