What people are saying about Jones Lang LaSalle

Advice on moving from JLL Strategy to Pure Strategy (Big 4 etc)? I'm great at my job and can back it up with accomplishments, reputation, and confidence. Outward strengths are : Selling, Stakeholder Management, Project Management, Sustainability, Networking, Real Estate. While I have been complimented on "having a natural affinity for strategy & MC" I think that my technical strategy skills won't be honed at JLL to the extent at a pure strategy firm. I also don't want real estate specialty.

Accenture Deloitte PwC KPMG EY Boston Consulting Group hiring managers in management consulting - What's the chances of you hiring a competent and confident consultant with 5 years of experience in management consulting at JLL? Would they have to already be an expert in the subject you're hiring them in, or could they have some relevant knowledge and be looking to learn new skills with the switch? Would their CV even make it past the algorithm? I'd like to move out of property to pure strategy
