No matter what your career goal, you can find it at journeys. I have never seen a company that invests so much in its people. The chances for advancement are endless as they are 100% committed to promoting from within. All senior management came from a journeys store as well as an overwhelming majority of our home office staff. This company is a great place to have a meaningful career. I applied in-person. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Journeys (Springfield, VA).
I filled out an application online and I got a call back to come in for an interview about a week later. When I got to the store for the interview there was another person who I actually knew was getting interviewed with me for the "group interview" but there was only two of us lol . anyways she asked us several typical questions and situational questions . the interview was very laid back . even though j didn't get the job I feel as though I articulated myself better then the other person getting interviewed along with me . She said she'd give us a call back on Friday and I never reviewed a call but the person I knew did .
