I worked at Joyce Leslie part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

good employee discount, the other sales associates are normally pretty cool

    Cons

management is the worst, there's too many things to do to prevent stealing but the owners refuse to spend money to update the systems.

    Advice to Management

If you want to prevent stealing you need to get rid of your outdated setups! Also just because you can replace your employees easily doesn't mean it's efficient to treat them as so

    Application

I applied in-person. I interviewed at Joyce Leslie (New York, NY).

    Interview

I got an interview on the spot when I applied in person. The manager who interviewed me at that time was very friendly. He described exactly what I needed to do if I got hired. He asked whether I still interested for the job. The interview was very relax and easy going and straight forward questions. Overall I was very happy with the interview process.
