I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at Juju the Showroom (New York, NY) in September 2016.
Overall, the interview process was very quick and positive. It took about a week from initial CV drop to offer. All email correspondence was prompt and very professional. Jutta conducted the first round in her office at the studio. We discussed my experience, background, and the role at a general level. I also met with another employee (as its a small team of 4 people compatibility is a big factor) who asked some of the same questions as Jutta. The second round consisted of meeting the founder of a company the showroom represents and the head of sales for another company. This was a little bit more intimidating but I appreciated having the opportunity to interview with people I would potentially be working with. It is worth mentioning that should you get to the final stage your references will most likely be contacted so make sure you provide clear instructions for how best to contact them, and give them a heads up that they'll be called / emailed. Sadly, I didn't accept the offer as we couldn't agree on compensation and the proposed start date was two business days away.
