    I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at JumpCloud (Boulder, CO).


    1. Apply with resume and brief info of why I would be a good fit for the role.
    2. Hour long phone screen with internal recruiter.
    3. Hour long phone screen with Director of Engineering
    4. Coding Challenge
    5. In Person Interview
      a. 1 Hour team fit interview where they took me to lunch.
      b. 1 Hour interview to discuss coding challenge
      c. 1 Hour architecture interview
      d. 15 minute wrap up with hiring manager.
    6. Salary negotiation and accepted offer.

    They had straightforward interview questions. It was apparent they trusted their coding challenge to evaluate my coding ability. They seemed to be more interested in how I communicated my thought process and how I discussed technical topics.

    They seemed to really value high quality engineering practices over memorizing the fastest algorithmic solutions to the hardest leet-code questions.
