Advice to Management
Continue to foster the culture of excellence and focus on curating core values. Promote from within rather than trying to hire leadership from outside.
I was introduced to Juniper Square and had an introductory call with one of its founders.
We talked for about half an hour across a variety of topics, but he suddenly decided to cut the call short and hung up on me in a rushed manner.
I was ghosted by Juniper Square and never received a follow-up. Incredibly unprofessional and I would not recommend working here
