Technical Account Manager

Being a woman in tech, I only recently started advocating for myself at work about advancement opportunities. Because of this I wanted to ask this question to my male counterparts.     Did not make ADA accommodations for panic disorder. This is unacceptable in any company but luckily made me realize that I’m already at a company that places extreme importance on mental health. Didn’t even bother to follow up with a phone call. At this point there is no amount they could pay me that would make me ever consider working there. I was lied to about the interview process and they wasted hours of my time, including PTO time.
