I worked at Justice at Stake Campaign full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Generous time off, 3 weeks plus time around Christmas and New Year and all federal holidays.
Genuinely supportive of staff development, and concerned about staff well being.

    Cons

No upward mobility, you will be in your job until the person above you leaves.
Micromanagement by leadership, very slow decision making, resulting in frustration.
Office space is depressing, feels cramped, like a maze.
