Laid back environment, no work pressure, HR management is better than managers in this organization.
Very sick company, when you leave this company they will cut your salary. can you believe that. No good clients, favoritism works here, no performance based benefits. Please do not fall in this trap.

Please respect employees and consider performance more than favoritism.

Be prepared to interview with 2 people. The questions are fair, but you must be prepare. The interviewers were veru friendly. I thought the questions were. They do a great job following up on HR status
