Continuous Process Improvement
Sustainable Business Practices
I worked at K. SINGH & ASSOCIATES as an intern
Great environment, friendly employees and hard working group. They mainly work on government buildings such as train buildings and also work on privatized buildings, basically anything consultant. Mainly office work, not much field work unless need be.
They don't give you much to do, more of finding out how you fit with the company. I pretty much did anything assigned to me in a faster time than expected and since more advance work couldnt be assigned,. not much for me to do at times.
The process took 3+ months. I interviewed at K. SINGH & ASSOCIATES.
As a follow up to the VP response. I offer that it was 3 month after the interview that I made the review. So, while I understand and applaud any company for taking time to find the right candidate, this is an excuse for a lack of being professional and following up with people who take their time to apply for a position. I didn't just send in a resume. I created a qualifications statement which took time only to find out from the president during the interview he hadn't even looked at prior to said interview. That really makes a potential employee feel good about your company. The right fit works works both ways.
As for the computer tests, again I think another language barrier as well, because I clearly stated there was something wrong with the computer being used whether it was a bad WIFI connection or what have you, not the tests themselves as you stated.
Please don't take the feedback as a direct hit on your company but yet a sharing of my experience in which I choose to share for other potential candidates considering a position with your firm. Thank you.
