    I worked at KAIST full-time

    Pros

Excellent students: they are highly selected and hard-working.
Good environment for research: low teaching load, strong financial resources.
High salary and low cost of living.
Korean food is amazing and cheap. Cutest cafes in the world.
Society is respectful of teachers and very welcoming to foreigners.
Korean people are in my opinion the most elegant and well-mannered on earth. The country is beautiful

    Cons

Culture and language barriers are high. You must have an open mind and put some effort if you are not Korean. Society is conservative and woman's role rather archaic. Daejeon is not the most exciting or beautiful city to live in.

    Advice to Management

You treat foreigners very well already. You might consider having staff that speaks English to help foreigners with administrative tasks. Getting a cell phone, buying a car, or a million other little things can be difficult for us non Korean speakers.
