    Positive Outlook

I worked at KBRA full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I enjoyed my colleagues, my supervisors, and management quite a bit. They have a very welcoming culture, and nearly every day you get to leave work at the office.

    Cons

The work is a little repetitive, but if you can develop a solid routine you will thrive.

    Advice to Management

Working downtown, as opposed to the suburbs, would be huge for so many young adults.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 3+ weeks. I interviewed at KBRA (New York, NY) in September 2017.

    Interview

No care, no instructions. You will be asked to be on site after a round of phone screening. No compensation for your trip. They basically ask you the same questions already being asked over the phone, mostly behavioral. And you will be doing some simple Excel & SQL tests. SQL test will be paper-based. You will meet 4 people and most of these interviews are repetitive. One of them didn't even have my resume. Apparently, nobody cares to read your resume beforehand. No responses after you sent the thank-you notes either. They also told me to be expecting to hear from them early next week (I interviewed on Friday) and I waited for about 20 days to follow up and got the rejection.
