    I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at KCOM Group (Hull, England (UK)) in April 2017.

    Interview

    The "Assessment" was three hours of four supervisors talking, a priority test to see which example customers were the most important. We also sat up in the call center which had no customer calls and nothing prepared for us to listen to. And then we were given the opportunity to ask questions.
