    Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at KIXEYE.

    Interview

Standard process: phone screen with recruiter, technical screen with manager, on-site.

The first two steps were fine, but the on-site was a complete waste of time. I was required to sign an NDA before I could enter the office, which is reasonable, but it should've been sent to me beforehand to read. Although I requested a schedule for the day, I never got one. The recruiter was friendly, but everyone else in the office seemed absolutely miserable. The interviewers didn't even make an effort to introduce themselves, they just jumped right into questions which could've been asked over the phone with the same effect.

I never heard back from this company, which is ridiculous after committing four hours to coming on-site.
