I have been working at KIXEYE full-time (More than a year)
- Due to the size of the company and culture coming from its exec team, Kixeye has afforded me the opportunity to grow into a GM role that has a significant amount of ownership over product and team.
- The teams here at Kixeye are like a family, great people to work with, and highly skilled individuals. There is a lot of personal pride in the work that is done and a desire to consistently improve.
-Kixeye can be a fast paced environment. You will learn a lot in a very short amount of time. The challenge that comes from that is very rewarding to me personally and is one of the reasons that people stay.
-Some people find challenge and reward in different areas and the fast pace environment can be less rewarding for some people.
I applied online. I interviewed at KIXEYE (San Francisco, CA) in August 2016.
I was emailed for an interview and we did it over the phone. The interviewer was late and quite frankly, sounded uninterested in what I had to say. The process was pretty standard and the questions were nothing that I didn't expect.
