I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at KJT Group (United States)
InterviewThe process involved three rounds of interviews: a screening interview, an interview with the hiring manager, and a panel interview. The screening inteview and the interview with the hiring manager went over typical STAR experiential interview questions. Prior to the panel interview, I had to prepare a mock project, which I presented to the team. Everyone was pleasant and extremely encouraging. After the panel interview, I was told that I should expect to hear from them in a week about "next steps." The "next step" was that I didn't get the job. I asked for feedback and my email was ignored completely. I was disappointed that what started as such a pleasant experience ended so coldly.
In all three interviews, I was asked questions about research design and methodology.Answer Question
