Keep up the focus on doing good work, hiring great employees and treating clients well. That combo is working for you.
I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at KMRD (Warrington, PA) in May 2014.
Simple. Basic interview questions. Everyone in the office is very friendly and knowledgeable. Managers are awesome at assigning projects that are help you develop skills that you will use in the future. The ability to learn from some of the best in the industry.
