I worked at KNF&T full-time (Less than a year)
This is a great job in recruiting, you really learn a ton because you have so many responsibilities seeing as it is a small company. It is extremely fast paced and they throw you in the fire pretty much immediately. The office is also in a fantastic location in downtown Boston.
I think there could definitely be some more emphasis on training new employees and I think that there should be more of a focus on employee relations.
Advice to Management
The management team is honestly the best part about this company, they work so hard and I looked up to each and every one of them.
I applied online. I interviewed at KNF&T (Boston, MA) in August 2017.
First there is a phone screen, then interview one on one which they also offer to do via Skype if it's more convenient they discuss then more in detail the potential role,logistics , rate of pay and level interest. As long as all is agreed they proceed to submit your profile to client and advise you right away if client is interested in meeting with. After interview they do debrief you to gauge the client even more so as to best equip any other candidates, is my best guess.
