I have been working at KOBELCO full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Some employee appreciation events are nice

    Cons

Noone in the HR Department knows how to solve hostile work environment in timely manner. It's just sucks they are too busy chatting and gossiping around that there is no sense of urgency for the harassment claim. The Expats should go back to the home country since most of them are just causing problems and can't even supervise their staffs

    Application

I applied in-person. The process took 8+ weeks. I interviewed at KOBELCO (Corona, CA) in January 2016.

    Interview

Got a call from human resources and I got a brief questionnaire then was scheduled for a face to face interview. The interview went well, at least that how it was portrayed.

This was at the end of January. It is now March and they keep telling, "we haven't decided yet, we will let you know". Why can't they just say, you are not the right candidate for us, instead of just telling me to wait.
