I worked at KORE full-time
KORE employees are some of the best, most positive and team oriented people I've worked with.
Due to the growth stage of the company, there is a new executive team in place and they are not all on the same page. With the CEO retiring soon there is even a more pronounced tension at the executive level.
The culture of the company is changing rapidly with the new, and several of the new hires have a pronounced entitlement and negative aura to them which is driving a wedge in the company. There is going to be considerable change over the next 18-months. Leadership is going to be crucial and right now, there are issues.
Advice to Management
Bring in a new CEO and provide a vision for the company to get behind and strive towards.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at KORE (Alpharetta, GA).
Meet with Recruiter and Direct Hiring Manager. If they like you had you meet with all managers that same day-2nd line and the VP of Sales who runs the Alpharetta Office. All very cordial and easy conversation discussions.
