Mission: Our energy and passion for our work will make a difference in our communities. We will pursue continued growth and success at KSA by being innovative and keeping the best interests of our clients and employees in mind at all times.
We are honored to receive the Best Companies to work for in Texas award for the 4th consecutive year. Now for the FUN video....
Hard at work at the San Angelo Regional Airport!
KSA has many opportunities to work for great clients doing exciting and innovative work. The video below shows how KSA was involved in repairing a lake dam that had become porous over time. As an Engineer working for KSA you will have many opportunities to use your education and explore your passion while helping clients with a variety of issues.
Corporately, KSA understands the importance of sincere appreciation for the work that is performed by our professionals and support staff. Random Acts of Appreciation (RAAP) occur... randomly! Our latest random act took place on St. Patrick's Day (a day devoted to the patron saint of engineers).
As a company, KSA strives to create positive environments and experiences that naturally support corporate citizenship. Our Corporate Citizenship program, KSA Cares, demonstrates the power of positively influencing the communities in which we live and work. Through KSA Cares, the company and individual employees work, give, serve, advocate and volunteer to enrich the lives of those around us. We focus our resources on initiatives and organizations that make a difference through the energy and passion of our employees.
I have been working at KSA full-time (Less than a year)
KSA has good leadership that takes pride in making sure that it's employees have the tools they need to succeed not only in their jobs, but in life outside the office. KSA has a family mentality and a focus on quality of life for their employees which creates a work environment that is second to none.
Benefits as compared to the industry average can always be improved, but compensation and support from management is excellent.
Advice to Management
Keep up the good work!
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at KSA (Austin, TX) in December 2011.
In person interview with division manager and other office staff; review of resume and college transcript, phone call follow up, emailed and mailed offer letter, the entire process was relatively quick and painless
