I have been working at Kaleidoscope full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The people are what make Kaleidoscope great. The positive collaboration and strong work ethic of the employees make this a place to enjoy coming to every day. The upper management is approachable and supportive, which is rare in this industry. Opinions are heard and respected, and that in itself is a huge accomplishment. The capabilities of Kaleidoscope expand well beyond what most agencies have in house and that makes the culture unique, collaborative and a step above the competition.

    Cons

With a non-corporate environment also comes a lack of structure in certain areas. But the staff and management are always open to suggestions in improving workflows and putting protocols in place. In my opinion, a small thorn in the side well worth the freedom of a small company environment.
