I worked at Karsten full-time (More than 5 years)
Outstanding company to work for, very employee focused, our entire team was united in performing at a top level because we all shared in the rewards.
Some division leadership, were too greedy and undermined the team by putting their own needs and wants before the team which was met with poor performance.
Advice to Management
Insure that the leaders although have autonomy are not allowed to oversee themselves without oversight from another party.
