ProsI’ve worked at four different companies and Kaseya has by far the best culture, office atmosphere, and leadership. I constantly feel supported by my manager, VP, and Executives. Don’t get me wrong,

I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Kaseya (Miami, FL) in Aug 2021
InterviewProcess was smooth with recruiter, assessment test, and then with sales managers during in person interview. They all said we looked to be headed to an offer letter and that everything would move fast and I'd be starting in less than 15 days. Then final zoom "interview" was set up with an vp. This guy was abrasive from the start, granted I did not answer his questions very well and had he just not decided to hire me for that reason I would have understood. But this guy took it further and basically accused me of lying about why I wanted to leave my current Job, then said I was lying about relocating one hour South to Miami since others had said they would relocate during covid and later did not do so. I don't know how what someone else did has anything to do with me, I gave my word I would relocate and I would have followed through and done as I promised. Finally he said this was the last interview of the day and it needed to wrap up, like I was holding him up from his tee time or something. Kaseya is certainly free to hire whomever they want, but what a colossal waste of time and effort. Maybe they should lead with the vp zoom "interview" and not waste a candidate's time. They are certainly plenty of places hiring out there and no need to put up with garbage like this. Very unprofessional.
