We have no fear to break something that work well and we risk it being at the edge. And we take full responsibility for the result.

We are great not because we adhere to good processes, but because we have got «talented people in the formula» - our employees and our partners.
Lonely thinkers on their own planet or purposeful inventors? We are regularly ranked as the most effective endpoint security technology.

I have been working at Kaspersky Lab full-time (Less than a year)
-Sleek, recently renovated office space with lots of sunlight
-Friendly, high-energy people are a huge asset to the company
-Free snacks, coffee, juice, soda, and fußball table on site!
-Location: the office is located in Woburn, about 10 miles north of Boston. I live in Boston and benefit from having a reverse commute (~10 mins drive to & from), but coming from north of the city could mean longer commute times.
Advice to Management
Only suggestion would be more frequent company-wide status updates, since it can be easy (as with any big company) to get siloed into one's dept/function.
I applied through college or university. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Kaspersky Lab (Woburn, MA) in April 2016.
Easy and laid back interview. Talked about prior experience and about the job requirements. Explained what the position entitled and talked about my customer service background and how I would fit in with the team.
