The OLED device turned 30 this year! And the display industry came out in force at Display Week 2017 to salute the co-inventors. Here's Conor paying tribute to Kateeva CTO Steve Van Slyke, who, together with Ching Tang, really did re-invent the digital screen with their Eureka moment!

I have been working at Kateeva full-time (Less than a year)
The people, by far, are the best people in the world to work with! I have been in environments where there is back biting, politics and hidden agendas. I have yet to see that at Kateeva. Great part of the culture. People are motivated to get the job done, knowing they are working with a great team of people to get it done.
Sometimes not enough Asian food menu choices. Though I like the daily free lunch.
Advice to Management
Maintain the culture!
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Kateeva (Newark, CA) in June 2017.
Interviewed 3 times over 7 months. After meeting with their HR rep, I was told to wait for my pre-offer in a few days. Then they told me the position was being discussed by higher-ups. They had to decide whether they wanted someone temporary or an intern. This dragged on for about a month and then I was told that the position was no longer available. People here seemed really great, but the process was really frustrating.
