management does not work well with field. Montreal office dictates everything, even if something won't work in your market.
Advice to Management
Let the field people do their jobs, not so much micro-management
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Kaycan (Calgary, AB (Canada)) in January 2012.
Just brag about what a great place it is to work and how much room there is for advancement. Fill out some paperwork. And if you pass the bbackground check your hired.
