    I worked at Kdor full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    set hours, decent benefits, paid time off is alright (though it can take a while to build up a decent amount)

    Cons

    No room for raises or bonuses, some divisions are a real nightmare to work for (mainly in the taxation and driver solutions divisions), some of the positions where you deal directly with the customers can be rough.

    Advice to Management

    People who work in customer relations positions really do work their hardest please sincerely show your appreciation for them more- and not just when the higher ups are stopping by for a walk through.

    I applied in-person. The process took 2+ weeks. I interviewed at Kdor (Topeka, KS) in September 2012.

    Interview

    Basic behavioral interview. How you have responded in previous situationd. Panel of 3 taking turns asking questions and documenting our answers. Top of the head syndrome. There is not much more to say on this. The 50 word minimum is not necessary because it doesn't require 50 words to say that you have a basic behavioral-based interview.
