We’re KeHE Distributors, one of the oldest and most respected natural foods distributors in the industry. We were founded in 1953 and converted into an employee-owned company in 2001, we are a state-of-the-art organization of 4,500 employee-owners and a vast 17 distribution center network across the U.S. and Canada.

Where we go, we spread the word on healthy eating, sustainable living, and responsible business with integrity. And we back it up with a rapid, environmentally-friendly distribution network and advanced performance metrics that assure goodness follows to our vendor partners and retail grocers.

Our goal is to be the trusted partner in the U.S. and we’re always looking for top talent to help reach our goals. KeHE is a faith-friendly working environment with a people-first culture.

KeHE is more than a company. We’re a force for good.

KeHE people put their hearts where their hands are. And we serve.

KeHE Cares puts our employee-owners to work in volunteer opportunities in the U.S. and abroad.

We serve in local soup kitchens, create healthy meal kits for the hungry, build and repair homes, collect relief supplies and much more.

Here’s how it works: we contribute 10% of our profits to KeHE Cares, run by our KeHE Cares Employee Outreach Committee made upof people from a variety of departments within our company.

KeHE Cares supports organizations where our employee-owners are directly involved and committed to serving others in donating their time and talents for the betterment of those in need.

Our goal is to help the people we serve in moving them from dependence to dignity, while at the same time moving our people from a mindset of mere success and toward significance.

KeHE is more than a company. We’re a force for good.

KeHE is a Certified B Corporation, making us one of 1,550 companies worldwide redefining success in business by voluntarily meeting higher standards of transparency, accountability and performance. B means Benefit.

We met rigorous requirements in areas including governance, transparency, ownership, workers, job growth, compensation, work environment, employee ownership and more, and we’re proud of what it means to sport the B Corp stamp of approval.

It’s a certification.
Like Fair Trade (or organic or LEED), but for the whole company that meets the highest standards of verified performance, transparency and accountability.

It’s an approach.
A better way to do business – better for workers, communities and the environment.

It’s a community.
A community of practice to increase our individual and collective impact.

It’s a movement.
Leaders of a global movement of people using business as a force for good.

KeHE looks like you. And me. And the family down the street.

You know us. We’re part of the community, part of your lifestyle and part of the movement to make life healthier through wholesome choices and naturally-better foods.

KeHE people live our passion daily. Like you. We not only work to ensure that your business is well-served by our fresh, naturals, organics, and specialty foods, we also grow our families on what we do and how we do it.

stress free and welcoming atmosphere, great incentive plan if you're a hard worker. I made great money there based on a 2.5 cent per case incentive I loved the company and the way it treated me while I worked there

I was always willing to do whatever was asked of me, going into the cooler or , stop picking and grab skips which results in me losing money, working weekends, helping loaders, cleaning of warehouse, helping receiving crew. despite me doing anything I could to be recognized as an outstanding employee I felt that I never was, I was employee 35528 and not much more to them. I don't know what more I could of done to be recognized for advancement. I was told my vacation was front loaded and was immediately available, when I called in for three days and came back I was fired even though I called in every morning to let them know I was going to miss the day. That is the only gripe I have with KeHe, yeah I lost my job but being there was the only job I had where I looked forward to going to work, its a great company.

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at KeHE Distributors in July 2017.

A supervisor showed me the work area and gave me a description of the work and showed me what equipment they used. It started off mostly conversational but then went into behavioral questions. Make sure you have answers prepared for the questions asked. I didn't prepare and I'd had too much coffee too focus, I flunked the questions and I got sent on my way. The interviewer told me they'd give me a call if they decided to move forward with me.
