stress free and welcoming atmosphere, great incentive plan if you're a hard worker. I made great money there based on a 2.5 cent per case incentive I loved the company and the way it treated me while I worked there
I was always willing to do whatever was asked of me, going into the cooler or , stop picking and grab skips which results in me losing money, working weekends, helping loaders, cleaning of warehouse, helping receiving crew. despite me doing anything I could to be recognized as an outstanding employee I felt that I never was, I was employee 35528 and not much more to them. I don't know what more I could of done to be recognized for advancement. I was told my vacation was front loaded and was immediately available, when I called in for three days and came back I was fired even though I called in every morning to let them know I was going to miss the day. That is the only gripe I have with KeHe, yeah I lost my job but being there was the only job I had where I looked forward to going to work, its a great company.
Advice to Management
Keep up the good worj
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at KeHE Distributors in July 2017.
A supervisor showed me the work area and gave me a description of the work and showed me what equipment they used. It started off mostly conversational but then went into behavioral questions. Make sure you have answers prepared for the questions asked. I didn't prepare and I'd had too much coffee too focus, I flunked the questions and I got sent on my way. The interviewer told me they'd give me a call if they decided to move forward with me.
