    Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Keene State College (Keene, NH) in March 2014.

    Interview

The interview was held in a medium sized room with tables along the edges of it. Each table had an Residents Director and a current Residents Assistant at it who interviewed me. The questions were straight forward and simple, asking about my time management, habits, what my room looked like, and what my class load would be for the upcoming year. Other questions touched on various scenarios such as what to do if a resident is crying in your hallway. Any genuine person interviewing would do well.
