Mission: Our Mission: To build careers worth having, businesses worth owning, lives worth living, experiences worth giving, and legacies worth leaving!
Our Vision: To be the real estate company of choice for agents and their customers.
I worked at Keller Williams full-time (More than 3 years)
KW provides the training a new agent needs but does not get in their licensing coursework. Each office has training in marketing, listing presentations, home inspections, closings and a host of other things a new agent needs to learn about.
KW takes a fairly high chunk of your commissions (their 'split'). For a new agent it is well worth it to get the training. Once you feel comfortable as an experienced agent, you may choose a broker with a better commission split.
I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Keller Williams (Richards, TX) in January 2018.
Initial e-mail questions after your resume is reviewed, followed up a phone interview, and a series of in-person interviews. Two difficult online assessments. Very lengthy, stupid, extremely lethargic interview packet, over 100 pages long about your assessment answers. Robotic and impersonal.
