Many opportunities to learn and grow. A lot of my co-workers have been here for 10+ years...it's not perfect but a good place, with good people.
The spirit of agile is in constant conflict with waterfall tendencies. Meetings are not always effective. Missing fresh product ideas.
Advice to Management
Keep the culture fun. Feed the spirit of innovation. Stay agile.

There were 2 phones call interview from HR and Hiring Manager. There are really nice.
And the last interview with team members at company. The interview included self-introduction and white-board interview.
