In the past year and a half, this firm has come a long way! The firm owners truly care about making this an amazing place to work, and have implemented many new programs and initiatives to make it happen. This firm cares about the people who work here, and their development. They listen to my ideas and opinions, and care about me on a personal, not just professional, level. This firm is distinguishing itself from others of its type, but focusing on the people, not just the billable hours.
I am sitting here trying to think of some cons, but I am coming up with nothing. It's still "work" and days are hectic, but I know I am in a place where I can stay and grow.
