If you are in a market with established recruiters and management team you have the ability to grow your income with hard work.
Dated thinking, process improvement comes from the top and rarely mirrors the reality of the market. Internal processes are almost always in a state of change slowing down speed to market a great deal making it difficult to compete effectively. I lost alot of business to competitors while we figured out how to recruit for the business I brought in.
Advice to Management
Ditch the recruiting COE mentality and arm the branches with strong employees that work well together.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Kelly Scientific Resources in July 2014.
I met with 3 people from the company I was interviewing for at the Kelly Office. I spoke with my representative before and after the interview. I was contacted the same to to inform me of an upcoming job offer.
I am entering negotiations tomorrow.
