It was so fun to work here! The employee discount was nice too.

Cons

Customers will get upset because we cannot replace tarnished product anymore unless it was been within a year.

    I applied online. I interviewed at Kendra Scott (Austin, TX)

    Interview

    The Manager reached out to me by email and was told I would have a zoom or FaceTime conference call interview with them. I emailed them to see what platform the call was going to be on the day before because I hadn’t received any more information. Less than an hour before my interview I received an email saying that they were sorry but something else had come up and that they would reach out to reschedule. I never got a reply back and was very disappointed because I had been told a lot of great things about the company and was very excited. I was completely prepared for the interview and it was unfortunate but I am grateful I ended up finding a different company that aligns with my values and career goals.

One of the ways we measure our success at Kendra Scott is by our ability to give back to the community. During the month of August, our corporate, field, and distribution teams embark on a wellness challenge to raise money for pediatric cancer research through Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation. Creating some friendly competition is a great way to keep our employees healthy and raise money for a truly wonderful cause.
