I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Kennedy Communications (Madison, WI) in Oct 2016
Interview
Had one in-person panel interview and was not offered a second. However, it did become clear that most if not all of the applicants are interviewed in the second round by Bill Kennedy, the guy who founded and owns this agency. He now even owns the building in which the agency is located, so he truly does hold all the cards. I assume that if he likes you, you get to work there; if he doesn't, you don't. Too much power all in the hands of one person for my liking, but that's just me.Why do you want to live in Madison?
