I have been working at Kennedy-Donovan Center full-time (Less than a year)
Great place to start
Good clients and services for the clients
Motivated passionate staff
Nothing really gets done unless if parents push it
Long hours and weekend hours
Short staff and your pressured into covering a lot of shifts if people call out sick
Not much of a training period
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Kennedy-Donovan Center (Milford, MA) in July 2016.
Extremely casual panel interview. The office is new and a little unorganized. The staff seemed friendly and passionate about their work. I spoke with a case manager who reviewed a typical day on the job. I was also introduced to the staff nurse who explained her role in the organization. I took a tour of the office and met most of the employees. Ample parking in back and street parking available also.
