I worked at Kennesaw State University part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The community at the WC is unreal. It's so supportive and I miss all of my co-workers. I even got pretty close with my supervisor.

    Cons

With the newcoming WAs, more rules need to be set to establish the boundaries because the culture was taken advantage of.

    Advice to Management

    Application

I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Kennesaw State University.

    Interview

Spoke to a professor to ask about being a student assistant, was directed to the administrator for the department. Purely informal for the interview to discuss major, expected graduation, who/what I want to help, familiarity with chosen curriculum for the lab.
