Kenway Consulting Reviews

Pros
This is a company with a supportive culture. People are nice. I work with people from around the world and of different backgrounds that are encouraged to be themselves. The vacation policy is incredible. While the base salaries may seem low at first, the overall compensation with bonus included is almost always great. You're encouraged to grow. There is no rigid structure and ambitious individuals can do very well, even if they are early in their career.
Cons
The projects we work on aren't always the sexiest. People are often assigned multiple projects, both client and internal, that can be hard to juggle -- there is a learning curve. We have the opportunity to cast a wider net in our hiring practices to find more diverse recruits (in terms of skills, background, experience, etc); the challenge is recognized, and steps are being taken to address.

Interview
I had a total of 4 interviews. First with HR phone screening, basic behavioral questions, second round was the same but with a fellow consultant, the third is a "skills assessment" where they ask questions about your professional experiences and the final round is a ridiculous "case interview" It is ridiculous because it's not a real case and there are very subjective ways of determining if you did well or not. There is no data involved, you have 10 minutes to ask questions and then 30 minutes to create a 'deliverable' in any medium you see fit. I find it quite silly because how can you determine if the candidate solved the case if they just make a powerpoint on some vague problem with zero data to work from.Interviewdo you work with data? How? biggest strengths/weaknesses why should we hire you
