    Application

I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Kenyon (New York, NY).

    Interview

HR person organized people to meet. I met with 4 partners (3 of which I would work with) and a number of future colleagues. Each interview took about half an hour. Each was largely dependent on personal style. In one the partner did most of the talking, two were conversations, one was relying on me asking questions and driving the interview. Everyone was very friendly.

    Interview Questions

    • Tell me about yourself & a bunch of questions starting from information on my CV. None of those awkward HR-type questions was asked (like "where do you see yourself in x years, tell me your biggest strength, lie to me about your biggest weakness etc). Everything was very focused on the actual job and relevant experience, which I had.   Answer Question
