I have been working at Kerry full-time (More than 3 years)
The company is a great place for advancement opportunities as I started at entry level and received 2 promotions within a 2 year timeframe. If you are talented and hard working, you will be noticed and rewarded. Compensation is competitive with the market and have a good amount of autonomy in sales. The Beloit building is a beautiful place to work and the workout center is a huge perk as you can get a workout in over lunch.
It is a large corporation so turnover is inevitable. This includes management so can be a challenge adapting to new leadership styles. The culture can be too professional at times, but dependent upon which department you work under.
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Kerry in January 2017.
They came to our career fair. I talked with one of the inventory manager and he gave a next on-campus interview. The interview was with a campus recruiter and the inventory manager. Most of the questions are behavioral questions
