Kerry is a hidden gem-the innovation and technology used in taste & nutrition offers opportunities at all levels. This is a very entrepreneurial company tons of potential for employees who are curious and willing to go after what they want in their career. The culture is one that offers collaboration, free-thinking, and inclusiveness. North America headquarters are in Beloit, WI - a town in the middle of everywhere.
Leaders get excited about ideas and will be eager to see them executed....like now. This is also a "pro" because all idea are welcome and can actually become something!

I applied through college or university. The process took a week. I interviewed at Kerry (DeKalb, IL) in October 2017.
interview process is what you would expect from any interview. all behavioral questions that focused around how you deal with adversity. two people were present during the interview. both were finance employees.
