I don't think people (former/current) employees give Kershner Trading Group enough credits for its technology and trading resources. Prop trading is tough and success deps on yourself.
Be more willing to give back to employees in terms of pay and benefits. This way, you can actually retain top talents.
I applied online. I interviewed at Kershner Trading Group (New York, NY).
The overall process took 4 weeks. Once you get passed the online questions and IQ you have two interviews, one with the floor manager and another with the director. The questions were straightforward. Why do you want to be a trader? Why do you think you will be a successful trader?
