Our company is rapidly growing, and we are constantly innovating, testing new products, and entering new markets. But, it also means that the game plan last year is different from this year's approach. This company is three years old- there are going to be strategy shifts and staff shifts- typical for our stage.
Kespry has been almost too lax, and I am glad we have a few additional senior leaders in place to help us grow in the right direction because I came here to win, and if you are on board to work hard and do the same, I highly recommend Kespry.

I reached out to the recruiter through LinkedIn and had a short screener interview with them. Had a followup interview with the VP of Product, and then an onsite half day interview at their offices in Menlo Park, CA.
