Interview
The interview process lasted about a month or so but overall, it was very casual and standard for UX/Product Design.
After initially applying, I heard back about three weeks later asking for a first-round behavioral interview. I was asked questions by four people in my current position/job scope. About a week after that, I got an invite for the longer interview that consisted of a portfolio review and UX problem-solving assignment.
